Overview
Lauren Rosenfield is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department, where she handles a wide range of commercial litigation matters for a diverse clientele.
Lauren assists clients with real property disputes. Her litigation experience includes cases involving contracts, title insurance claims, commercial landlord-tenant issues, easements, and fraud in property transactions. She also handles matters related to deed warranties, boundary disputes, adverse possession, lien priority, and access rights.
Additionally, Lauren has experience handling commercial real estate transactions in connection with the acquisition, development, financing and leasing of commercial real estate projects across a variety of sectors, including industrial, mixed-use, office, retail, hotels, and multifamily.
Lauren earned her juris doctorate cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and her bachelor’s degree in geology from the College of William and Mary. During law school, she was a member of the University of Miami Law Review and the University of Miami Trial Team. She worked as a summer clerk for Lowndes and as a legal intern for a civil and criminal litigation firm.
Before attending law school, Lauren was a geophysical content writer for the Smithsonian Institute and a geologic technician for the Virginia Department of Mines, Minerals, and Energy.
When not in the office, Lauren enjoys running, hiking and traveling.
