An attorney with over 45 years of experience, Nick Pope’s practice includes hotel and resort development, master planned communities, land use, zoning and environmental, developments of regional impact, real estate transactions, developments and finance, including finance of major infrastructure projects, and negotiations of sophisticated business matters. He is the firm’s Managing Partner Emeritus.
