Peter Reinert represents public and private companies in a variety of securities, M&A and corporate transactions. Listed in Chambers USA for Corporate/M&A and Private Equity, Peter concentrates his practice on structuring and negotiating complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, venture and growth capital investments, debt and equity financings, and securities offerings. He regularly represents portfolio companies of private equity funds and other companies with respect to all of their corporate transactions, and effectively serves as their outside general counsel. Peter has extensive experience with real estate investment trusts (REITs) and business development companies (BDCs) in their fund formation and ongoing securities law compliance.
