Please note that payment alone does not secure representation by one of our attorneys; there must also be a retainer letter, contract or agreement duly executed by an authorized representative of the firm. Retainer payments will be held in our Florida IOLTA (Interest on Lawyers Trust Account). By making a retainer payment, you authorize us to hold your funds in this account. If you have any questions, please contact your attorney.
